    I onced asked a client during a workout what was a positive word to refer to the opposite of strong...she said: STRONGER!!!

    I love it. 

    Saturdays we should commit to showing up for that am workout!!

    AND we are going to review some areas worth highlighting. This week it is MACROS...especially CARBS


    These are so important, I am doubling our commitment time to 10 min but I promise to not go over.
