After they reply with what is best for them make two suggestions- typically circuits are the best session for them to start with but also note who the instructor is... I like to tell them, we have a 5:30 cardio, 6:15 circuit and 7pm Strength Session tomorrow. The 6:15 is my favorite, think you can make that one work?

Step 2 of Managing Your Lead

YESSSS!!! They have taken a huge step to choose to come into the door.
Make sure you have entered their info into the software and booked their appointment. With mindbody clients will receive a welcome letter prompting them to set a password AND they will get a confirmation appointment. Check profiles to make sure they are getting a text confirmation and email
THEN you will need to check the Google Share Drive to see if they have filled out the Health Form and Goal Form
Maybe want to send a gentle reminder, it helps to have this done before their first visit
If possible add any medical to their profile
YOU WILL WANT TO REVIEW THEIR GOALS AND MEDICAL A FEW MINUTE PRIOR TO THEIR SESSION TO CREATE A PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE FOR THEM
* ANY CLIENT WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE NEEDS TO BE REGULARLY SEEING A DR. A DR NOTE IS SUGGESTED
